An Inspiring Journey through Chinese Fables and Tales – Yu the Great Tamed the Waters (English subtitles available)

The English animation series "An Inspiring Journey through Chinese Fables and Tales" is developed to support English Language education at the primary level, promote national education and enrich students' English learning experiences. Through the eyes of the two main characters, a boy named Chris and a talking owl, students can travel back in time to understand the life stories of ancient Chinese figures, Huang Xiang, Han Xin and Yu the Great, and learn English in an interesting and lively way. In this episode titled "Yu the Great Tamed the Waters", students can learn from Emperor Yu's commitment and dedication towards his people in the fight against the floods, and be inspired to love our country.
