教育局教育多媒體(EMM)，前稱教育電視，是由教育局推出的一項計劃，旨在支援幼稚園、小學及中學的學與教。

EMM平台提供多元化、與課程緊扣的教育多媒體資源，包括短片、動畫、電子書、3D模型、互動遊戲、虛擬展覽等。平台亦提供切合幼兒發展需要的資源，如兒歌、圖畫書及操弄性教具（例如講故事資源）等。此外，平台為家長和教師製作資訊影片，介紹課程的最新發展並分享學校的實踐示例。

EMM平台配備人工智能功能，例如自動影片摘要、思維導圖視覺化、個人化內容推薦，以及即時問答互動聊天機械人。這些智能工具有助教師優化教學效能，並提升學生的學習動機，以創新互動的方式投入學習，促進知識建構。

EDB Educational Multimedia (EMM), formerly known as Educational Television (ETV), is an initiative by the Education Bureau (EDB) designed to support learning and teaching across kindergarten, primary, and secondary schools.

The EMM platform offers a diverse collection of curriculum-aligned multimedia resources, including short videos, animations, e-books, 3D models, interactive games, virtual exhibitions, etc. For kindergartens, tailored materials such as nursery rhymes, picture books, and manipulatives (e.g. storytelling props) are also produced to meet developmental needs. In addition, informational videos are produced for parents and teachers to highlight the latest developments in education and share good school practices.

The EMM platform is enhanced with powerful artificial intelligence-driven (AI-driven) features, such as automated video summaries, mind map visualisation, personalised content recommendations, and an interactive chatbot for real-time Q&A. These intelligent tools help teachers and students explore content more effectively, deepen understanding, and engage with learning in dynamic new ways.
