Animal Photopoetry Creative Challenge 2024/25 (Chinese and English subtitles available)

The English Language Education Section and Arts Education Section of the Curriculum Development Institute jointly organised the "Animal Photopoetry Creative Challenge" in collaboration with Ocean Park Hong Kong in the 2024/25 school year. On 11 April 2025, about 800 secondary students from all over Hong Kong participated in this cross-curricular learning activity integrating animal photography and English poetry writing. Students observed the animals in the park, including the giant pandas gifted by the Central Government, penguins and meerkats, and created "animal photopoetry" to present proper values and attitudes such as unity and national identity.
