Using a micropipette (English subtitles available)

Micropipettes are used to draw and transfer a small amount of liquid accurately. There are 3 steps in transferring solution using micropipettes, i.e. setting the volume, drawing the liquid and releasing the liquid. Micropipettes can serve to mix two solutions as well. In order to ensure the accuracy of volume drawn by the micropipettes and not to induce damage to the micropipettes by improper operation, some precautions for using micropipettes are introduced in the video.
