We have to create a sterile field before we perform experiments on microorganisms, this is to ensure no contamination of apparatus by other microorganisms during the operations. This video introduces the aseptic techniques, e.g. the method to create sterile field, the skills in sterilising the mouth of the vessels, innoculating loops and spreaders.
