Values Education—Classroom Teaching Strategies (English subtitles available)

The video introduces some of the classroom teaching strategies, such as making good use of daily life events as discussion topics, selecting key scenes to guide students for discussion, and encouraging them to play in different roles and analyse the issues involved, the stances of different characters and their values from multiple perspectives. Teachers can use appropriate life events or scenarios to encourage students to actively participate in discussion by adopting an open and receptive attitude, in addition to timely questioning and probing, to cultivate in students' proper values and attitudes, and enable them to make legal, reasonable and sensible judgment and decision.
