English Language Learning through Language Arts

This video programme features the Strategies for English Learning through Language Arts and Reading programme launched by the Native-speaking English Section of the Education Bureau to promote the use of language arts in English classrooms. It explores the curriculum, learning objectives, resources and the professional support it provides to the teachers using this programme. The programme has shown how the STELLAR programme has helped to motivate students' interests in using English, widens their vocabulary and broadens their understanding and knowledge of different cultures.
