通過分享學校於特區成立紀念日舉辦慶祝及學習活動的經驗，加強教師對規劃相關活動的認識，讓學生了解國家的最新發展，培養國民身份認同。
This programme aims to share the experience of a school in organising cross-curricular learning activities to celebrate the 24th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region so as to strengthen teachers' awareness of planning related activities and help students to gain a better understanding of our country's development and develop a sense of national identity.
